An interesting deck

As a fan of card games in particular, I've been trying out a strange new idea in one of my favorites. Magic The Gathering. The details of the new deck will be lost on those who are not familiar with the game, and so I won't go into them, but suffice to say that the deck is rather unorthodox and had a surprising amount of success as a result. It faces opposition, however, from a deck that has a very similar strategy but managed to remain much more streamlined in its design.

The NCAA tournament is getting underway, so I've got to keep up to date on my bracket. Hopefully I'll do a little better than I did last year.

Games and stuff

Well, this blog needs a topic, so I figure that games will be a good topic for it. Any kind of games, really. Sports, video games, card games, anything that we feel like blabbing about.

I'll start off with one game that I'm particularly fond of, hockey. I'm a pretty big fan of the Buffalo Sabres, and they've been having a really good season. Their goaltender, Ryan Miller, is even on the USA Olympic team. Hopefully they'll have a strong finish to the season and go deep into the playoffs.

Another game that I actually play a lot is Team Fortress 2. As far as online first person shooters go, it's one of the best out there. I'm particularly fond of the Pyro class, but I also frequently play as the Soldier and Engineer. For those unfamiliar, the game has nine different classes thta you can play as, and those are jsut three of them.

Anyways, sorry about not updating this very much lately. I'll try to make more posts in the upcoming weeks. Hopefully it will all work out.

I'm the only one in class today, but oh well. We'll get by.
